Returns is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to buyers. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.
Before accepting delivery of any product, the buyer shall reasonably ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
In the event the return of a product is duly accepted by seller, the value of such product, as originally paid by buyer during acceptance of product, will either be refunded to buyer either to the bank account provided by the buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the buyer from which payment was made, but, cash refund is strictly prohibited.
